Every year, Evan's mom's side of the family - 6 aunts, 6 uncles, and a bazillion cousins - have been going to this "resort" called Caboose Junction Resort at Table Rock Lake in the lower level in the Lake of the Ozarks. I first went with Evan the summer we started dating, and this will be my fifth year going with the family. FIFTH! I seriously can't believe it's been that long.
In fact, it's where Evan popped the question two years ago, and I said YES! So it's pretty special to us for that reason, and it's where I first met all of his family and decided that he was definitely the one I was going to marry. I am obsessed with this vacation.
Not to mention it's a whole week off from life!!
We spend the week boating, skiing, wakeboarding, tubing, swimming, laying around and lots of EATING. (and drinking ;-) ) It's heavenly.
I can't WAIT to ski - I haven't been all year...
